Familiarity with Agile project management tools like Jira, Confluence, and Trello is typically required. Balancing these responsibilities requires strong communication skills and the ability to foster a collaborative team environment. Successful Manager Scrum Masters regularly check in with team members to support their career goals and promote continuous improvement.
