Job Summary
Kokomo24/7® is an innovative software company providing a comprehensive Health, Safety, and Efficiency platform that helps organizations streamline compliance, enhance workplace well-being, and improve operational performance.
We are looking for a driven and self-motivated Account Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, start-up environment and enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving growth through consultative SaaS sales.
You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation through to closing, while collaborating closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Customer Engagement
  • Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct warm and cold outreach to introduce Kokomo24/7® solutions and uncover client needs.
  • Deliver engaging presentations and product demos tailored to client requirements.
2. Sales Strategy & Execution
  • Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Manage the full sales pipeline, from initial contact to contract execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies that support customer success and retention.
3. Product & Market Expertise
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Kokomo24/7®’s products, features, and competitive advantages.
  • Research and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
4. CRM & Sales Operations
  • Use CRM tools (HubSpot) to manage leads, track performance, and maintain accurate records of all activities.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for leadership review.
Qualifications
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in B2B or SaaS sales within the technology or software industry. 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot.
  • Preference: Experience in education, teaching, or school administration, as well as an understanding of school operations and decision-making processes, is highly valued.
