Join a growing telehealth team based in Boston, MA, providing expert, compassionate care for patients with Alzheimerโs disease, dementia, and related cognitive disorders through a fully virtual model that expands access to specialized neurology nationwide.
You will perform comprehensive tele-neurology evaluations, manage complex neurodegenerative conditions, and coordinate care with an interdisciplinary teamโincluding APPs, behavioral health specialists, and care coordinatorsโto deliver patient-centered treatment plans. In this clinical leadership role you will supervise APPs across multiple states and ensure adherence to clinical and telehealth standards.
Compensation & benefits: $260,000โ$276,000 plus full benefits
Core qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completed Neurology residency
- Behavioral/Cognitive Neurology fellowship or equivalent clinical experience strongly preferred
- Board Certified in Neurology
- Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license in at least one state; multi-state licensure or IMLC eligibility preferred
- Minimum 3 yearsโ clinical experience managing memory and cognitive disorders
- Demonstrated proficiency with telemedicine platforms and virtual neurological assessment
- Strong skills in cognitive evaluation, dementia management, and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Excellent communication with patients, families, and remote teams
- Commitment to empathetic, patient-centered care and ongoing professional development
Preferred qualifications
- Fellowship in Cognitive and Behavioral Neurology
- Prior experience supervising APPs in telehealth or multi-state practice settings
- Familiarity with amyloid-targeting therapies and other emerging Alzheimerโs treatments
- Experience in integrated, interdisciplinary, or value-based care models
