Job description

Join a fully virtual team delivering specialized care to patients with Alzheimerโ€™s disease, dementia, and related cognitive disorders nationwide. You will perform comprehensive tele-neurology evaluations, manage complex neurodegenerative conditions, and coordinate care with an interdisciplinary teamโ€”APPs, behavioral health specialists, and care coordinatorsโ€”to ensure patient-centered, evidence-based treatment. As a clinical leader, you will supervise APPs across multiple states and uphold clinical and telehealth standards.

Compensation & benefits: $260,000โ€“$276,000 plus full benefits.

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct remote cognitive and neurological assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Manage longitudinal care for patients with memory and other cognitive disorders
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate treatment and support services
  • Provide clinical oversight and supervision for APPs across states
  • Ensure adherence to telehealth best practices, quality metrics, and regulatory requirements
  • Engage patients and families with clear, compassionate communication and education

Minimum qualifications:

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Completion of an accredited Neurology residency
  • Board certification in Neurology
  • Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state; multi-state licensure or IMLC eligibility preferred
  • Minimum 3 yearsโ€™ clinical experience managing memory or cognitive disorders
  • Demonstrated proficiency with telemedicine platforms and virtual neurological assessments
  • Strong skills in cognitive evaluation, dementia management, and interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Excellent communication and commitment to empathetic, patient-centered care

Preferred qualifications:

  • Fellowship training in Cognitive and Behavioral Neurology or Behavioral/Cognitive Neurology
  • Prior experience supervising APPs in telehealth or multi-state practice models
  • Familiarity with amyloid-targeting therapies and emerging Alzheimerโ€™s treatments
  • Experience in integrated, interdisciplinary, or value-based care settings
