Job description

Join a growing telemedicine team providing remote neurologic care to hospitals and emergency departments across multiple states. This fully remote, locum tenens opportunity offers flexible schedulingโ€”ideal whether you want supplemental shifts or a long-term tele-neurology practice. Youโ€™ll deliver real-time neurologic consultations for acute and inpatient cases, including stroke alerts, using a secure enterprise telemedicine platform with full clinical and technical support.

What youโ€™ll do

  • Provide remote neurologic consults to ED and inpatient teams
  • Evaluate acute stroke cases and advise on thrombolytic or endovascular treatment
  • Review imaging and clinical data in real time
  • Collaborate with on-site clinicians to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Document encounters in the EMR

Why this role is appealing

  • 100% remote telemedicineโ€”work from home
  • Competitive compensation: $210โ€“$220 per hour
  • Locum tenens engagement with long-term assignments available
  • Flexible full- and part-time scheduling: day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts
  • Malpractice coverage provided
  • Credentialing and licensing support; additional state licenses paid as needed
  • Full clinical and technical support via an enterprise-level telemedicine platform

What weโ€™re looking for

  • MD or DO
  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Neurology
  • Stroke experience preferred; vascular neurology is a plus
  • Comfortable managing acute neurologic patients remotely
  • Active U.S. medical license required; multi-state licensure strongly preferred
    (licensing support provided)
  • Licenses in hand preferred for: FL, NY, MA, TX, AR, AL, IA, AZ, CA

If youโ€™re a neurologist who enjoys autonomous, high-impact remote work and wants flexible scheduling with strong support, this role could be a great fit.
