  • Competitive compensation: $210,000–$220,000
  • Locum engagement with long-term assignments available
  • Shifts available days, evenings, overnights, and weekends
  • Malpractice coverage provided
  • Credentialing and licensing support; additional state licenses paid as needed

Key responsibilities

  • Provide remote neurologic consultation to emergency department and inpatient teams
  • Evaluate acute stroke cases and advise on thrombolytic and endovascular treatment decisions
  • Review imaging and clinical data in real time and collaborate with on-site clinicians on treatment plans
  • Document encounters in the electronic medical record in a timely and compliant manner

Qualifications

  • MD or DO with Board Certification or Eligibility in Neurology
  • Stroke experience preferred; vascular neurology fellowship a plus
  • Active U.S. medical license required; multi-state licensure strongly preferred (licensing support provided)
  • Preferred candidates with licenses in FL, NY, MA, TX, AR, AL, IA, AZ, CA

If you’re a neurologist seeking flexible, high-impact telemedicine work supporting acute care teams, this role offers robust support, competitive pay, and the ability to practice remotely across multiple states.
