We just partnered with a profitable, fast-growing healthcare consulting company that's looking to hire 6 sales reps. No particular experience requirements - If you're looking to get into remote B2B business development with a company that will keep you earning more every year + promote internally, this is a great opportunity.
This is a remote role selling to doctors and CEOs, with residual commissions and real income growth potential.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads among physicians, practice owners, and healthcare executives
- Run outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage target accounts
- Book discovery calls and demos for senior consultants and account executives
- Build relationships with healthcare decision-makers (doctors and CEOs)
- Maintain clean CRM records and consistent pipeline activity
- Leverage your healthcare background to build credibility and rapport quickly
Qualifications
- Background in B2C or B2B sales, OR
- Background as an entrepreneur, OR
- Background in healthcare (nurses, pharma/biotech reps, med school, clinical, or administrative roles)
- Motivated to transition into a B2B sales career with real earning potential
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage professional decision-makers
- Self-starter who can work independently in a remote environment
- Coachable, competitive, and driven by performance
- USA-based candidates only
Compensation
- $42,000 base salary
- $70,000 baseline OTE for hitting quotaÂ
- Top performers make $100,000 in their first yearÂ
- OTE in year 2 is $130,000+ but top performers make more.
- Residual commissions — earn ongoing income from accounts you bring in as long as they remain a client

About You
- Sales Experience
- Strong 'Why' for a sales career, high personal ambitions and the drive to grow with one company long term
- BONUS if you've sold to doctors and CEOs or in the healthcare vertical
- Experience making 75-100 dials per day
