About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Operations Manager to oversee and improve the day-to-day operations of a high-volume Texas plaintiff personal injury law firm. This leadership role is responsible for driving accountability, improving systems, increasing efficiency, and ensuring excellent client service across intake, pre-litigation, and support operations.

The ideal candidate has strong law firm operations experience, understands plaintiff PI workflows, and can lead teams while implementing measurable operational improvements.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations across intake, pre-litigation, records, demands, case management, and support teams
  • Build, document, and enforce SOPs for firm workflows
  • Manage staff performance, accountability, workload distribution, and training
  • Track KPIs including lead conversion, settlement cycle time, demand readiness, and operational efficiency
  • Improve communication between intake, case managers, vendors, and leadership
  • Monitor case management systems, task completion, and file quality
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements
  • Manage vendors including marketing agencies, records providers, call centers, and software systems
  • Assist leadership with staffing forecasts, operational planning, and budgeting
  • Help maintain high client satisfaction and reduce client complaints
  • Prepare operational reports and performance updates for ownership

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of law firm operations or legal operations experience
  • 3+ years in plaintiff personal injury strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of Texas PI workflow from intake through settlement/litigation support
  • Experience managing teams in a high-volume environment
  • Experience with legal case management software and KPI reporting
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to enforce accountability and improve team performance
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
