Our firm is growing, and we're looking for an empathic, experienced personal injury attorney to help clients find justice and compensation for their injuries. You'll handle the case file from start to finish with support from our team of highly skilled legal professionals. You should have excellent credentials, a minimum of 3 years of successful personal injury litigation along with trial case experience, and an authentic passion for helping people. Responsibilities
• Independently manage a full personal injury caseload from intake to resolution, including depositions, motions, trials, hearings, negotiations, and settlement closings.
• Apply the Keenan "Edge" system: submit cases for expert agility review, focus group testing, and strategic refinement.
• Collaborate with experts and support staff to build compelling, high-value arguments for injury, accident, labor law, premises liability, etc.
• Provide exceptional client care with clear, regular communication.
• Lead negotiations and leverage trial preparation to extract maximum value.
Qualifications
• Juris Doctor and active NY State Bar admission.
• Minimum 5 years' experience representing plaintiffs in substantial personal injury litigation.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and tech-savvy; proficiency with case management systems and legal research tools.
• Exceptional communication-oral, written, and negotiation.
• High-initiative, success-driven mindset with a passion for applying expert-anchored strategies to increase damages.
