Case Manager - Personal Injury

You will work side by side on a team of dynamic, collaborative, and client-focused professionals who are committed to delivering on our founding core values: Excellence, Teamwork, and Integrity.
The Opportunity
As our PI Case Manager in our Personal Injury Pre-Litigation department, you will have the opportunity to take charge of the development of our clients cases to ensure they earn the maximum wrongful death, TBI, catastrophic injury, and major orthopedic settlement deserved.
Accountable for
  • Manage a large volume of PI pre-litigation cases.
  • Frequently contact and communicate with clients to provide case updates and explain medical treatment.
  • Review and analyze medical records to identify case value and determine treatment.
  • Manage client's medical treatment including surgery, injections, and infusions, etc.
  • Assist clients in navigating medical providers and procedures.
  • Prepare files to submit to the demands department.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in Personal Injury case management.
  • Ability to handle large volume of personal injury pre-litigation cases.
  • Strong medical knowledge including surgeries, injections, infusions, etc.
  • Liaison between clients and care providers.
  • Detail-oriented professional with a positive outlook.
  • Ability to type at least 40 wpm.
  • Litify or Salesforce experience is a huge plus.
  • Spanish fluency is a plus.
  • This role is hybrid after 90 days

Compensation
  • $50,000 - $135,000 dependingon experience
