The opportunity
Delaware North's Patina Group is hiring a full-time Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Tiendita in Anaheim, California. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of service are provided to our guests.

$23.00 - $26.00 / hour

What will you do?
  • Assist managers with the training, development, and performance reviews of team members
  • Assist managers in the management of staffing levels in accordance with established budgetary goals and business volume
  • Inspect by walking through your assigned area to monitor staff and to monitor guest needs

More about you
  • No college degree required
  • Minimum of 2 years related experience required
  • Superior organization and guest service skills required
  • Word-processing, spreadsheets, and email required.
  • Excellent customer service skills with demonstrated experience in handling guest enquiries
  • Must have open availability

Physical requirements
  • Ability to lift or carry 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time
