Position
Summary
The Senior Medical Device Sales Representative is responsible for converting qualified opportunities, conducting in‑services, and expanding provider relationships across the assigned territory. This field‑based role reports to the National Director of Government Sales and plays a key part in driving adoption within VA facilities and related clinical environments.
We are seeking a driven and mission‑focused Medical Device Sales Representative to support our pain‑management product line within the VA healthcare system. This remote role covers the Nebraska, South Dakota, and North Dakota territory and focuses on providing clinicians with innovative electrical stimulation devices that help Veterans manage chronic and acute pain.
You will build relationships with key providers inside VA hospitals, educate them on device benefits, and drive adoption through consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage relationships with clinicians across assigned VA hospitals, including:
• Orthopedic physicians
• Physical therapists
• Chiropractic providers
• Pain management specialists
• Conduct product demonstrations and clinical education sessions on electrical stimulation devices.
• Drive utilization and adoption of devices through consultative, value‑based selling.
• Maintain a deep understanding of VA procurement processes and navigate purchasing pathways.
• Manage territory planning, account prioritization, and weekly activity reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, training, and support for VA clinicians.
• Attend relevant conferences, in‑services, and training sessions as needed.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
• 1–3+ years of sales experience; medical device or healthcare sales preferred.
• Experience selling into hospitals or government healthcare systems is a plus (especially VA's)
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, field‑based environment.
• Comfortable navigating clinical conversations and educating providers.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory.
Compensation & Benefits
• Base Salary: $60,000
• Commission: Uncapped, with first‑year OTE around $100,000
• Mileage reimbursement and travel support
• Training, product certification, and ongoing professional development
