Team members collaborate closely with surgeons, clinical staff, and hospital administrators to support optimal patient outcomes and efficient operating room workflows. Gulf Atlantic Surgical LLC emphasizes professionalism, integrity, and strong customer relationships while supporting continuous learning in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Role Description 1099 independent Orthopedic Surgical Sales Representative for restor3d and Turbett Surgical at Gulf Atlantic Surgical LLC is a full-time, remote role responsible for driving sales of orthopedic and surgical products within an assigned territory. Day-to-day activities include building and maintaining relationships with orthopedic surgeons, operating room teams, and hospital decision-makers, as well as providing product education, demonstrations, and case support. The representative will coordinate and attend surgical procedures as needed to support proper product usage, gather feedback, and identify new opportunities. Additional responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, forecasting, territory planning, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficient sales operations and customer service. This role requires frequent travel within the territory while working remotely for administrative, planning, and communication tasks. Territory expansions in Atlanta, NW Georgia, South Georgia and South Atlanta suburbs.

Qualifications

  • Strong Medical Sales and Sales experience, with a focus on orthopedic or surgical products.
  • Hands-on familiarity with the Operating Room environment and Surgery workflows, including comfort working alongside clinical teams.
  • Adult reconstruction experience is a must in primary and revision total joint arthroplasty and or custom device applications in the knee, hip, total shoulder and total ankle replacement surgery.
  • Proficiency in Sales Operations activities such as territory management, forecasting, and CRM usage.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with surgeons, hospital staff, and administrative stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-directed work style with strong time management and organizational abilities in a remote setting.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in a related field (e.g., business, life sciences, healthcare) or equivalent professional experience.
  • Prior experience in orthopedic device sales, surgical instrumentation, or related medical technology is highly beneficial.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the territory, including early mornings and occasional evenings as required by surgical schedules.
