Inventory Coordinator - Orthopedic Sales

Employment Category: Full Time Non-Exempt

Compensation: $24.04 p/hour, approximately $50,000 annually

Inventory Coordinator – An entry level role performing tasks to manage, control, and disperse orthopedic device inventory


Essential Responsibilities

· Fulfills requisitions for products from inventory for sales reps and assigns receipt of property through inventory system

· Performs tasks to receive and record Arthrex product shipments

· Performs audits of returned product trays and re-stocks to return to inventory circulation

· Performs audits of instrument sets for St. Louis location’s warehousing

· Assists inventory team in activities to include; corporate ordering, shipping of “obsolete” products, storage, maintenance, and organization of inventory, and inventory audits

· Assists in off-site product audits at local hospitals and facilities


Minimum Qualifications

· High school or GED equivalency

· Valid driver’s license, current MO minimum vehicle insurance, and reliable personal transportation

· Experience in prior jobs that required heightened attention to detail, accuracy, and precision

· Prior experience performing internal audits and/or knowledge of related reconciliation activities

· Basic computer skills to include Microsoft Office
