Job description

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Head of Marketing - Neuromodulation in Netherlands.

This is a senior, high-impact leadership role at the center of a strategic transformation within a Northern Europe marketing organization focused on neuromodulation therapies. The position is designed to strengthen regional growth through a more centralized, therapy-focused marketing model that elevates clinical expertise and commercial impact. You will lead multi-country marketing teams while shaping strategy across complex, highly regulated MedTech environments. The role blends strategic vision with hands-on leadership, requiring deep credibility in implantable medical devices and strong alignment with clinical stakeholders. You will play a key part in translating innovation and clinical evidence into compelling market strategies that drive adoption and revenue growth. Operating across multiple Northern European markets, you will influence product launches, regional positioning, and long-term growth strategy. This is a highly visible role with direct impact on both organizational evolution and patient outcomes.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead the Northern Europe neuromodulation marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with global priorities and driving regional growth through a centralized, therapy-focused model.
  • Build, lead, and develop a multi-country marketing organization, strengthening capabilities in product marketing, clinical marketing, and strategic execution.
  • Drive regional product and therapy launches, translating clinical evidence and innovation into clear, compliant, and compelling value propositions.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, and Reimbursement teams to support market access, campaign execution, and revenue growth.
  • Establish strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and represent the organization at major congresses, customer engagements, and industry events.
  • Ensure consistent execution of global brand and therapy strategy while acting as a role model for compliance, ethics, and quality standards.
Requirements:
  • 8-10+ years of experience in medical devices marketing, with mandatory experience in implantable devices (cardio, neuromodulation, neuro, or related fields).
  • Proven leadership experience managing and developing multi-country or regional marketing teams in complex environments.
  • Strong background in regional marketing strategy, product launches, and organizational leadership within MedTech or closely related industries.
  • Deep understanding of clinical pathways, evidence-based marketing, and reimbursement frameworks.
  • Ability to operate effectively in highly regulated, matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills at senior leadership level.
  • Pharma-only backgrounds are not suitable for this role.
