Medical Device Sales Representative - Cardiac & Electrophysiology

About the Opportunity
We are partnering with an innovative and rapidly growing medical device company seeking a high-performing Medical Device Sales Representative to drive adoption of advanced procedural technology throughout the North Carolina market.
This is a highly visible opportunity for a sales professional with experience supporting physicians in the OR, Electrophysiology (EP) Lab, Cath Lab, Hybrid OR, or other cardiac procedural environments. The ideal candidate understands complex hospital selling, thrives in procedural settings, and enjoys partnering directly with physicians and clinical teams to improve patient outcomes.

What You'll Do
  • Manage and grow a high-potential territory throughout the North Carolina market
  • Drive new business development while expanding utilization within existing hospital and health system accounts
  • Build strong relationships with electrophysiologists, cardiac surgeons, interventional cardiologists, physicians, OR leadership, Cath Lab leadership, and key clinical stakeholders
  • Support physicians and clinical teams during procedures, evaluations, and technology implementations
  • Lead product trials, physician training initiatives, and technology conversions
  • Develop and execute territory business plans designed to exceed revenue objectives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, marketing, and leadership teams to accelerate market adoption
  • Serve as a trusted procedural and clinical resource for customers
Required Experience
To be considered, candidates must possess one or more of the following:
  • 3+ years of medical device sales, clinical specialist, or field clinical support experience
  • Experience supporting procedures in the OR, EP Lab, Cath Lab, Hybrid OR, or cardiovascular procedural environments
  • Experience working directly with physicians during procedures
  • Demonstrated success selling into hospitals, health systems, and procedural departments
  • Proven ability to develop new business and grow existing accounts
