Job Description: As the Head of Sales with expertise in AI and ML, you will be responsible for leading our technology sales efforts and driving revenue growth through strategic business development initiatives. You will play a key role in shaping our sales strategy, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving the adoption of our AI/ML solutions across various industries. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals, leveraging your expertise in AI and ML technology. 

  • Business Development: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and opportunities for collaboration with key clients, industry stakeholders, and technology partners to drive sales growth. 

  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, client decision-makers and partners understanding their business objectives and aligning our AI/ML solutions to address their needs and challenges. 

  • Sales Leadership: Hire and develop sales team. Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the sales team, empowering them to effectively promote and sell our AI/ML solutions and services. 

  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for innovation, informing strategic decision-making and sales initiatives. 

  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales collateral, presentations, and demos that effectively showcase the value proposition of our AI/ML solutions and address client pain points. 

  • Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline and forecasting process, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of sales performance metrics and KPIs. 

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, marketing, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with product roadmap priorities and ensure seamless customer experiences. 

  • Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in AI and ML, continuously enhancing your knowledge and expertise to drive innovation and competitive advantage. 

  • Partnership Development: Ability to develop and implement effective channel sales strategies, including channel partners, resellers, distributors, and OEM partners.
  • Marketing: Ability to execute marketing strategies in coordination with marketing teams that align with the sales goals and overall business objectives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred). 

  • Proven track record of success in technology sales, with a focus on AI and ML solutions.
