Position: Manager of Information Technology
Reports to: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Position Description: Plan, coordinate, and direct all operational activities within the Information Technology department and provide support for information technology solutions that enhance mission critical business operations.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the link of communication between customers and internal teams. Manage relationships with internal teams: production planning, graphics
  • Collaborate with decision makers in other departments to identify, implement, and support cost effective technology solutions aligned with corporate goals and objective
  • Project Management leadership among interdepartmental teams with a focus on specific improvement efforts regarding cost reduction, improved efficiency, and profit
  • Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives
  • Oversee the management of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and software applications
  • Ensure network and storage capabilities can accommodate business needs
  • Manage database architecture, security, and capabilities
  • Maintain ERP system and integrations, implement upgrades, and ensure availability, integrity and confidentiality
  • Support business reporting needs through ERP reporting, business intelligence dashboarding, and Sharepoint
  • Lead cybersecurity strategy, review results and monitor remediations, manage audits and implement training for IT team and end user
  • Plan and develop Sharepoint programming for intranet activities
  • Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
  • Manage IT budgets, resources, and vendor relationships
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement
  • Coordinate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide effective solution
  • Guide security decisions and provide resources for AI initiatives
  • Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with data backup strategies, government regulations and best practices
  • Handle crisis management, ensuring quick resolution of IT-related issues
  • Monitor and implement electronic data interface (EDI) with customers and vendors
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a management role
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proven ability to manage and lead a diverse team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with budget management and strategic planning
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data protection regulations
  • SQL database developer or engineer experience
  • EDI experience preferred
  • Manufacturing experience preferred
