Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize our tech stack, including front-end development with React and Next.js, API integrations, and backend systems.
  • Lead implementations and enhancements for CRM and marketing tools like HubSpot and ActiveCampaign to improve customer engagement and automation.
  • Oversee payment processing integrations with Stripe to ensure secure, seamless transactions.
  • Develop and maintain online chat features for real-time user support and consultations.
  • Drive AI integrations to personalize user experiences, automate workflows, and enhance data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale our platform as we grow aggressively, ensuring reliability, security, and innovation.
  • Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous improvement in a fast-paced setting.
Requirements
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in technology management or senior development roles, with hands-on expertise in React, Next.js, APIs, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Stripe, online chat systems, and AI integrations.
