Key Responsibilities Team Leadership - Manage assigned teams directly or through supervisors, ensuring work priorities align with policies, regulations, and organizational quality standards. Staff Development - Select, hire, mentor, and train staff while overseeing performance management, coaching, evaluations, and corrective actions as needed.

Communication & Collaboration - Foster effective communication across teams, departments, and leadership through workgroup discussions and feedback exchanges. Project & Solution Oversight - Partner with development and design teams to lead application and integration solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs. Process Improvement - Evaluate and refine build and release processes, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

OPTION II: Associate's degree* in information technology, computer science, management information systems, or related field; -AND- 7+ years' of experience in software development; two years of which must include experience in managing or supervising a team.

OPTION III: Bachelor's degree* in information technology, computer science, management information systems, or related field; -AND- 5+ years' of experience in software development; two years of which must include experience in managing or supervising a team. OPTION IV: Master's degree* in information technology, computer science, management information systems, or related field; -AND- 3+ years' of experience in software development; two years of which must include experience in managing or supervising a team. *To qualify for Options that require educational credentials, you must attach the required documentation to your application.
