  • Generate and follow up on quotations for spare parts, oils, maintenance kits, consumable products, and related aftermarket solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to increase spare parts and lubricant sales through proactive account engagement and consultative selling.
  • Promote genuine Edwards replacement parts and oils to maximize equipment performance, reliability, and uptime.
  • Develop customer relationships by understanding equipment usage, maintenance practices, and operational requirements.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and identify sales opportunities within assigned territories.

  • Analyze customer purchasing trends and identify opportunities for increased product penetration.
  • Reactivate dormant accounts and recover lost share from competitors.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity, quotation, and customer engagement records within CRM systems.
  • Support strategic growth initiatives focused on expanding parts and oils revenue across North America.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with Regional Sales Engineers, Service Sales personnel, Customer Care, and Service Operations teams to support customer needs.
  • Share customer insights and market intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate customer activities across business units to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Provide feedback regarding customer requirements, market trends, and competitive activity.

To succeed, you will need
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technical Sales, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of inside sales, customer service, aftermarket sales, or industrial sales experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and identify business opportunities.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

We encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every single requirement. We value diverse experiences and perspectives and are excited to see what you bring to the role.
