We're looking for a Sr

Localization Program Manager to own and redesign the operational core of our localization program - vendor management, content workflows, language technology, quality processes, and launch execution across 29 languages. You'll join a lean team of senior professionals who operate as strategic partners to Product, Engineering and Marketing, focused on bringing global users a native experience. As the program scales, so does the team: strong performers take on increasing scope over time.
You can work from San Francisco, CA; Irvine, CA; Seattle, WA.
You Will
- Manage end-to-end localization into 29 languages, including launches that require creative asset localization, terminology building and testing
- Monitor continuous localization operations while identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement


- Run and evolve localization quality processes: coordinate testing, build LQA workflows and propose improvements based on data and next-level language technology solutions.
- Monitor and improve translation quality output by developing and maintaining linguistic assets
- Influence upstream content operations for seamless, context-rich translations.
Build localization metrics reports (turnaround, quality scores, cost per word)
