Some of what you will do


As a Print & Services Supervisor at Staples, you will lead a team to provide exceptional customer experiences, drive sales, and maintain operational excellence. Your passion for the business will shine through as you guide your team in assisting customers with solutions, products, and services, while also building lasting relationships for future business.
You will perform essential leadership duties to ensure smooth operations and uphold store standards. ย As a keyholder, you will act as a leader on duty, supporting programs and training throughout the store.

Specifically, you will

  • Customer Engagement: Model and coach, our selling model within the store by engaging customers and motivating associates to do the same. Focus on high-performance, results, and a customer-first mindset. You supervise and perform all aspects of production and customer-faced interactions within the print and customer service areas of the store.
  • Sales Execution: Execute, communicate, and ensure understanding of flyer and promotional items. Demonstrate a high degree of customer engagement and find ways to maximize sales while effectively assisting customers.
  • Leadership: Lead areas in the store, including cash and print, to achieve goals and targets. Cultivate a selling culture with associates by learning, adopting, and teaching new trends, products, and services.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage operational excellence and store brand standards in print.ย 
  • Training & Development: Dedicate time for self-development and enable others to do the same. Conduct training of associates within the store and inspire continuous learning and development.

Some of what you will need

  • 3+ years of prior customer service experience in retail required, with prior supervisory and coaching experience preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a print/graphic communications environment with working knowledge of graphic design principles.
  • Technical acumen to operate computer and printing equipment.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritization, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
