The Digital Learning Centre of Excellence has a mandate to enable firmwide strategic learningย objectivesย through a robust learning technology ecosystem and the delivery of solutions to meet cross-functional learning and performance needs.ย ย ย 

As part of the Digital Learning Centre of Excellence,ย theย Learning Operations Specialistย reports to the Manager, Learning Operations, with a dotted reporting line to the Manager, Learning Technology. This role enables consistent, high-quality service delivery across learning technology, operations, learning solutions, and other key learning initiatives. The position works closely withย the Manager, Learning Operations and Manager, Learning Technology, as well as program managers, platform vendors, and internal stakeholders to drive reliable service delivery, improve processes through automation and reporting, and ensureย timely, well-communicated execution across initiatives.ย 
This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability toย operateย effectively in a process-driven technical environment, with a focus on issue analysis, documentation, andย timelyย follow-through. Success in this role comes from building strong working relationships, communicating clearly with team members, stakeholders and vendors, and bringing a collaborative, curious, andย solutions-oriented mindset.ย ย 


What you will do

Provide functional and technical support for learning technology platforms, while enabling service delivery excellence, leading program administration, and driving continuous improvement of digital learning processes.ย 

Learning Technologyย Service Deliveryย 

  • Administer andย maintainย platform updates, including impact assessments, transition plans, and communications.ย 
  • Lead dailyย Scrumย meetings,ย triagingย incoming needs, assigning resources asย appropriate, and ensuring priorities have been documented.ย 
  • Strategically coordinate capacity usingย appropriate toolsย to ensureย equitableย assignment,ย appropriate timeย allocation, and priority given to urgent or time-sensitive activities.ย 

Process Innovation:ย 

  • Identifyย and action opportunities for service delivery enhancements and operational process improvements.ย 
  • Coordinate andย maintainย intake processes, including forms, fields, and process improvement.ย 
  • Supportย withย ongoing dashboard management and reporting, including data validation, issue identification, and enhancements.ย 

Program Administration:ย 

  • Maintain program documentationย for accuracy andย identifyย opportunities toย continuallyย improve operations by tracking submissions, monitoring issues, and keeping milestones on schedule.ย 
  • Whereย appropriate, leadย learning programsย by managing vendor relationshipsย and roadmaps,ย liaisingย with stakeholdersย onย needsย and prioritizing initiatives based on capacityย andย impact.ย 
  • Support with all logistical, project planning, and learning activities to ensure smooth delivery and positive learning experienceย of strategic learning solutions.ย ย

What you bring to the role
  • 2-3 years of business experience inย aย technology-basedย learning & developmentย environment supporting learning programs, platforms, or initiatives withinย a service-oriented, fast-paced, team.ย 
  • Handson experience in an operational or service delivery role, supporting intake, tracking, coordination, and execution of work across multiple stakeholders, priorities, and timelines.ย 
  • Completed post-secondary education; Learning & Development, Business or Human Resources preferred.ย 
  • A results-oriented approach, withย demonstratedย ability toย deliverย high-qualityย outputs in a deadline-drivenย environmentย while balancingย multiple priorities.ย 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written,ย with the ability to communicate clearly across technical and nontechnical audiences.ย
