Some of what you will do

As the Wireless Sales Supervisor, you are a champion of the customer experience in the wireless department. You help our consumers and business customers achieve their working & learning goals by sharing your knowledge, experiences, and enthusiasm on the latest wireless tech products, services, and trends. Primarily a sales position, you will partner with management to determine and deliver on daily financial/ non-financial goals. Passionate about wireless technology, you continuously grow their knowledge by committing to ongoing self-development and interact with the larger store team and other business units by sharing your expertise.

Specifically, you will:

  • Partner with management to identify and achieve short and long-term goals for the wireless department
  • Ensure team understands connection between store financial success and the wireless department
  • Lead and model selling by cultivating a selling culture with associates to achieve current goals and targets
  • Lead and model unlocking the whole store play by engaging with customers and associates in other departments when not engaged with a customer at the wireless kiosk
  • Effectively resolve customer concerns and escalates to management when appropriate
  • Perform follow-up calls to solicit feedback on sales and promote additional products and services where applicable
  • Take opportunities to identify and grow new business opportunities and prospects such as generating referrals and participating in outreach activities
  • Work with various market leaders including General Manager, Divisional Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Retail Sales, and Services Manager to target and generate business sales leads and referrals
  • Provide management with relevant sales information
  • Participate in the recruitment, hiring and onboarding processes within their department
  • Be accountable for training and coaching associates in all aspects of sales and customer engagement
  • Understand and adhere to all asset protection and privacy policies, and coach others to do so as well

Qualifications:

Some of what you need
  • Completion of post-secondary education is preferred
  • 2+ years of Wireless Sales experience
  • 1+ years in a supervisory role with direct accountability for achieving sales targets is preferred
  • Ability to resolve clients concerns in a diplomatic manner
  • Ability to plan, organize and prioritize efficiently to effectively to handle their daily responsibilities and serve our customers
  • Capacity to work independently and seek out assistance as required
