Full-Time Remote LCSW in Indiana

Location: Indiana
Work Environment: Fully Remote / Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Pay: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide virtual therapy services for clients in Indiana. This role is hands-on clinical work: meeting with clients, helping them process concerns, supporting behavior change, and keeping treatment organized through proper notes and care plans.

The work is best suited for an LCSW who can build trust through a screen, stay focused during back-to-back sessions, and provide practical therapeutic support in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver remote therapy sessions for clients with a range of mental health needs
  • Complete clinical screenings, assessments, and intake documentation
  • Help clients identify treatment goals and practical next steps
  • Use appropriate therapeutic methods based on client needs and diagnosis
  • Keep progress notes accurate, complete, and submitted on time
