THE ROLE
This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with Clients on behalf of the company by taking complete responsibility for each client contact and ensuring that all requirements are completely met. As the Client Services Representative you are the primary internal representative of our organization. You must convey to the Client a sense of expertise in our printing services and capabilities, and you serve as a key educator to our community and customers.
The Client Services Representative is accountable for meeting the monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and sales goals of the company. The sales and strategic marketing activities of the team will be designed to achieve these revenue goals. These in turn are key to meeting all of the company goals and guaranteeing satisfaction and value for our Clients, while maintaining personal productivity and quality standards.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
  • Communicate effectively with the Management, Sales, and Production Team, informing them regularly to ensure that sales and customer objectives are met
  • Overseeing the delivery of products or services to clients, ensuring they are delivered promptly, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards
  • Effectively present and discuss the products and services of LPC in a way that conveys an image of quality, integrity and superior understanding and delivery of customer needs
  • Resolving client issues and complaints, providing support and guidance to clients, and developing policies and procedures for client complaints and issue resolution
  • Support the efforts of the Account Executives by conducting on-site and community-based presentations, seminars and education that promotes the image of LPC as a leader in printing and graphic services
  • Support Client Sales through service, education, and effective problem solving
  • Engage appropriate team members as needed

Qualifications amp; Experience
  • Bachelors in business administration or business management preferred
  • High school diploma and commensurate experience in sales/customer service preferably in printing or graphic art industries
  • Previous experience leading or managing teams
  • Minimum of 3 – 5 years experience
  • Strong attention to detail, possessing a sales aptitude and innate problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge and experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
  • Strong business acumen and demonstrated ability and interest to learn and develop
  • Ability to move freely through the building to gather information, materials and authorizations
