Job description

About the Role:
Serenity Psychotherapy LLC is looking for a passionate and dedicated licensed mental health professional to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of clients while working within a supportive and collaborative therapeutic environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy services to a diverse client population
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions aligned with client needs and goals
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and ethical standards
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate client care
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate
  • Participate in case consultations, supervision, and ongoing professional development
Requirements:
  • Active California license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent required
  • Independent licensure in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
  • Experience providing direct clinical therapy services to individuals, couples, or families
  • Proficiency in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, or similar approaches
  • Strong clinical documentation and case management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and empathetic listening abilities
  • Ability to maintain professional boundaries and adhere to ethical guidelines
