Pyramid Healthcare in Newport News is excited to announce an incredible opportunity for a passionate Clinical Director to lead and support our dynamic clinical services across both inpatient and outpatient levels of care! Join our mission-driven team that is wholeheartedly dedicated to transforming the lives of individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges. As the Clinical Director, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic oversight of all clinical functions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and nurturing a high-performing, compassionate clinical team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all clinical functions, including assessments, individual and group therapy, family programming, aftercare planning, utilization review, and crisis intervention.
  • Provide supervision and professional development for clinical staff, including onboarding, ongoing training, treatment team leadership, and documentation review.
  • Collaborate with program and corporate leadership to drive continuous improvement and execute the clinical strategic plan.
  • Monitor clinical outcomes, client engagement, and quality assurance processes to ensure effective care delivery.
  • Oversee curriculum development and the implementation of evidence-based practices in partnership with divisional clinical leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards, representing the program in audits and reviews.
