We are seeking an experienced
Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our U.S. Government Services team as an
LCSW Case Manager supporting the TRICARE Overseas Program (TOP). Based in our San Antonio Regional Contact Centre, this role provides proactive case management, beneficiary advocacy, and care coordination for TRICARE members with complex or high-cost medical needs living overseas.
This position is ideal for an LCSW who values meaningful beneficiary interaction, strong clinical judgment, and the opportunity to support patients navigating care across international healthcare systems.
Key Responsibilities
โข Provide proactive case management and outreach to beneficiaries with complex or high cost medical conditions
โข Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and support beneficiaries in understanding treatment options
โข Coordinate care with healthcare providers, TRICARE partners, and internal teams
โข Review medical treatment plans for appropriateness and support evidence based decision making
โข Document case progress and contribute to quality reviews, audits, and program reporting
โข Participate in case discussions, training, and continuous improvement initiatives
โข Serve as a subject matter expert on TOP Case Management processes and standards
Qualifications
โข Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 3+ years of experience
โข Case Management certification by a recognized by the US
โข Strong communication, assessment, and beneficiary support skills
โข Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
โข Ability to work independently within a collaborative, fast paced environment
โข Managed care and/or TRICARE experience preferred
โข Spanish language skills desirable but not required

Annual Salary range: $70,000-$80,000
