Job description

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

At International SOS, we protect and save lives by delivering worldclass health and security services to organizations and government clients around the globe.

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our U.S. Government Services team as an LCSW Case Manager supporting the TRICARE Overseas Program (TOP). Based in our San Antonio Regional Contact Centre, this role provides proactive case management, beneficiary advocacy, and care coordination for TRICARE members with complex or highcost medical needs living overseas.

This position is ideal for an LCSW who values meaningful beneficiary interaction, strong clinical judgment, and the opportunity to support patients navigating care across international healthcare systems.

Key Responsibilities

ย  ย Provide proactive case management and outreach to beneficiaries with complex or high cost medical conditions
ย  ย Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and support beneficiaries in understanding treatment options
ย  ย Coordinate care with healthcare providers, TRICARE partners, and internal teams
ย  ย Review medical treatment plans for appropriateness and support evidence based decision making
ย  ย Document case progress and contribute to quality reviews, audits, and program reporting
ย  ย Participate in case discussions, training, and continuous improvement initiatives
ย  ย Serve as a subject matter expert on TOP Case Management processes and standards


Qualifications

ย  ย Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 3+ years of experience
ย  ย Case Management certification by a recognized by the US
ย  ย Strong communication, assessment, and beneficiary support skills
ย  ย Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
ย  ย Ability to work independently within a collaborative, fast paced environment
ย  ย Managed care and/or TRICARE experience preferred
ย  ย Spanish language skills desirable but not required
