  • Ensure alignment between BIM models, engineering documentation, and asset data to enable accurate system handover to Operations.
  • Drive adoption of digital project delivery tools and workflows, including model-based collaboration and visualization.
  • Collaborate with engineering, construction, commissioning, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of systems, models, and project data.
  • Oversee document management systems (DMS), common data environments (CDE), and related platforms to ensure accessibility, version control, and data integrity.
  • Ensure all project information and models meet internal standards, contractual requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Support project controls integration (schedule, cost, progress tracking) through BIM enabled processes where applicable.
  • Lead and develop a team of IM, BIM, and digital delivery professionals, building organizational capability and consistency across projects.
  • Drive continuous improvement by incorporating lessons learned and emerging technologies to enhance project delivery and operational readiness.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 10+ years of experience in capital projects, with significant exposure to information management and BIM/digital delivery.
  • Proven experience leading BIM implementation and information management programs on large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects.
