Have you or are you about to graduate from college? Are you looking for an accelerated program to a retail management position? Would you like to represent automotive brands that are well known and an automotive retail with a rich history of success and growth? Coggin Automotive's Manager in Training Program offers just that. We provide paid classroom & on the job training and afford you early responsibilities and opportunities which allow you to learn every aspect of the automotive industry including retail sales, customer management, finance and insurance, sales management and profitability. Plus, you will enjoy regular reviews and fast track into management based on performance. Our Managers in Training enjoy compensation of salary & bonus, medical benefits, and 401k with the opportunity to make well into six figures within just a few years.

Qualifications


Responsibilities:

  • Achieve unit sales targets for new and/or pre-owned vehicles utilizing the Coggin and Asbury selling process
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles, accessories and services of our dealerships

  • Follow up with prospects, utilizing various methods of communication

  • Do effective deliveries by inspecting vehicles, introducing clients to the Service Manager and making it a personalized experience for the customer

  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisons

  • Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers
  • Training will be Provided
