Job description

A leading global digital marketing business within the online gambling and sports betting sector is seeking a Head of Social Media to build, shape and scale its social media function across a portfolio of high‑profile international brands.

This is a newly created leadership role with significant influence across brand, acquisition, content, influencer marketing, lifecycle marketing and paid media. You'll be responsible for defining the social strategy, building the team structure and ensuring world‑class execution across multiple markets.

The Opportunity

As Head of Social Media, you'll own the strategic direction of organic social and influencer marketing activity, driving audience growth, engagement, brand awareness and commercial performance.

Working closely with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Content, SEO, CRM and Paid Media, you'll ensure social channels play a central role in customer acquisition, retention and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and own the global social media strategy across multiple brands
  • Build and lead a high‑performing social media team

  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset
  • Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
