Summary


Under the supervision of the Production Supervisor, the Fulfillment Coordinator is responsible for picking, checking, packing, and kitting client orders with careful attention to detail. They work collaboratively on a team within the warehouse and cross-collaborate with program management at our Silicon Valley, CA fulfillment center. 


This is a 1st shift position, with a Monday through Friday schedule, working the hours of 7:00am-3:30pm Pacific Time.


Duties

  • Work on multiple fulfillment and kitting projects throughout the day and week 
  • Fulfill client orders by picking, double-checking, and packing 
  • Review orders for urgency and accuracy prior to shipping 
  • Complete quality assurance check on outgoing customer orders 
  • Locate, transport, and unpack boxes; organize stock in designated warehouse storage spaces 
  • Operate forklifts, stand-up electric pallet jacks, and manual pallet jacks 
  • Answer questions regarding inventory and supplies
  • Maintain neat and orderly workspace
  • Collaborate and communicate relevant information with supervisor and team  


Requirements


  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Must be 18 years of age or older, with ability to read and speak English to understand and adhere to all safety requirements
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs unassisted
  • Must be able to push and pull up to 200 pounds with assistance of rolling carts
  • Must be able to use 12 ft. box ladders to access product shelving 
  • 1+ years of warehouse receiving experience preferred
  • Forklift certification/license preferred
  • Able to work overtime when required
  • Work well in a deadline-oriented and collaborative team environment

Compensation

The pay rate for this role is $19.00 per hour. Please note that this pay serves as a general guideline and reflects a broad spectrum of labor markets across the US. While it is uncommon for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the range, compensation decisions are influenced by various factors.
