Job description

We are looking for a resource with strong experience in Halo ITSM (Halo Service Desk).

The customer is in the process of replacing ServiceNow with Halo, so prior migration or implementation experience with Halo will be highly preferred.
The candidate should have good understanding of ITSM processes and workflows. Experience integrating Halo with other enterprise tools will be a plus.
