Job Description:
The client is seeking a senior Healthcare Data & Analytics Project Manager to lead enterprise-scale data engineering, analytics, cloud modernization, and AI adoption initiatives within a healthcare environment. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in project management, healthcare data analytics, enterprise data warehousing, business intelligence, cloud technologies, and Agile delivery methodologies. This role requires leading cross-functional technical and business teams, managing enterprise programs, driving digital transformation initiatives, and ensuring successful delivery of strategic healthcare data and analytics programs aligned with business objectives, governance standards, and compliance requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead enterprise healthcare data, analytics, cloud, and digital transformation projects from initiation through implementation
  • Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, deliverables, timelines, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
  • Coordinate business stakeholders, technical teams, architects, engineering teams, vendors, and executive leadership
  • Support enterprise data architecture, data warehousing, business intelligence, and cloud modernization initiatives
  • Facilitate requirements gathering, business analysis, stakeholder alignment, and project planning activities
  • Monitor project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, status reporting, and overall project health
  • Drive AI adoption, advanced analytics, and digital transformation initiatives supporting healthcare operations
