Job description

Manage operational delivery and stakeholder relationships for assigned clients. Provide specialized consulting advice based on engagement requirements and support executive-level decision-making.

  • Technical: Strong SQL and Tableau, good to strong Python; very good in MS Office
  • Very good understanding of PL or CC business
  • Have knowledge and worked on US bureau data for campaign selection and performance management 
  • Knowledge of the Prescreen Process
  • Campaign execution and campaign Analytics 
  • Good communication skills, as this role requires direct management of multiple senior stakeholders
  • Have used AI tools before 
  • 4-6 years of Marketing analytics experience => Campaign Lifecycle (Design, Implementation and Measurement) and Management; Identification of growth opportunities (TAM and sizing); Identification of optimization opportunities
  • A learning aptitude who can figure out solutions on his own. A person who is smart, ready to burn midnight oil, can dig into complex data on his own (data wrangler), find edge cases and come up with multiple solutions without any hand holding
  • Motivated and self-driven

Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or management or economics

Plan, monitor & manage operational delivery to ensure adherence to agreed quality parameters & timelines. Implement work management trackers, define roles & responsibilities of team members and roll out a work allocation / delivery plan to track completion
Work with onshore managers to agree on scope of work, key stakeholders, escalation matrices, project milestones & timelines 
Design & Implement management information systems (MIS) for periodic status updates and to identify trends around business processes identified as high on risk / low on controls
Drive a culture of Risk and Governance across business processes. Institutionalize ethos of continuous improvement in risk management across all processes and sub processes in scope. Champion customer service to ensure that compliance is integrated in business processes 
Demonstrate excellent project management skills, inspire teamwork and responsibility with engagement team members, and use current technology/tools to enhance the effectiveness of deliverables and services
