We're seeking a Product Manager - Data & Analytics to lead the development of data-driven solutions that power visibility, decision-making, and optimization across our warehouse automation platform. This role focuses on building scalable data products, including operational dashboards, reporting tools, and analytics systems that translate complex warehouse activity into actionable insights.
The ideal candidate is a product leader who combines strong product management fundamentals with hands-on experience in data and analytics within operational environments. They understand how data flows across systems and how to design intuitive, impactful user experiences that support real-world workflows.
This role is critical in shaping products that transform warehouse and logistics operations through intelligent automation. This role requires you to be onsite or relocatable to our office in Suwanee, GA.
Position Description:
  • Drive end-to-end Product Management of solutions for Mujin US-from concept to retirement
  • Develop product vision, roadmap, and feature priorities aligned with customer needs and market trends
  • Oversee product portfolio performance, ensuring profitability, scalability, and alignment with business objectives
  • Analyze industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory standards to inform product positioning and value propositions
  • Partner with engineering, R&D, sales, and operations teams to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions on time and within budget
  • Monitor portfolio performance and identify opportunities for new deployments and enhancements
  • Bridge the gap between software and hardware implementation

Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in product management or product development in industrial automation, robotics, or related technology sectors
  • Experience with agile software development methodologies and cross-functional team leadership
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work independently
