Position Summary...As a Manager, Data Analytics, you will serve as a strategic analytics partner to Customer Engagement Services (CES), helping leaders make data-driven decisions that improve customer and associate experiences. In this role, you will transform complex Contact Center Operations data into actionable insights, uncover opportunities through root cause analysis, and influence business, product, and operational strategies that drive measurable business impact across Walmart's customer support ecosystem.
About the Operations Analytics Team
The Operations Analytics team, within the Customer Engagement Services (CES) Insights & Analytics organization, partners with Operations, Product, Technology, and Business leaders to improve the performance of Walmart's Contact Center Operations and customer support ecosystem. We deliver executive-ready insights, lead operational performance reviews, investigate emerging trends, and identify opportunities that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and associate performance.   • Partner with business leaders to identify operational opportunities, translate business questions into analytics, and influence strategic decisions through data-driven insights.
  • Conduct exploratory analyses, root cause investigations, and performance deep dives to uncover opportunities that improve customer experience and operational excellence.
  • Develop executive-ready dashboards, visualizations, and compelling data stories that communicate business performance, trends, risks, and recommendations.
  • Ensure high-quality, trusted data by identifying appropriate data sources, validating data quality, and supporting data governance initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Product, Technology, and other stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and measure business impact.
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred), with experience in data analytics.
  • Proficiency in SQL and analytical programming languages such as Python or R, along with experience using visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience performing root cause analysis, statistical analysis, and translating data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Experience communicating complex analytical findings to senior business leaders through clear storytelling and executive-ready presentations.
