Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Manager – Data Analytics Project Management to lead complex, cross-functional data and analytics initiatives. The role requires strong project/program management experience along with a solid understanding of data analytics, BI, data platforms, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of data analytics and BI projects.

  • Define scope, timelines, milestones, resources, budgets, and success metrics.

  • Manage multiple projects, priorities, risks, dependencies, and stakeholders.

  • Partner with business, Data Engineering, Data Science, BI, IT, and Product teams.

  • Translate business needs into clear analytics requirements and project plans.

  • Drive delivery of dashboards, reports, analytical models, and data products.

  • Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance.

  • Provide project updates and recommendations to senior leadership.

  • Mentor project managers and contribute to PM best practices.

Required Qualifications
  • 15+ years of professional experience in data, analytics, technology, or digital transformation.

  • Proven experience managing large, complex, cross-functional data/analytics projects.

  • Strong understanding of Data Warehousing, BI, Reporting, Data Visualization, and Analytics Platforms.

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum and/or traditional project management.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Experience managing budgets, vendors, resources, timelines, risks, and delivery.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
