Job description

Job Description Summary

GE HealthCare is expanding its software subscription business, and we are looking for a delivery-focused Software Subscription Business Analyst to help translate business strategy into successful, on-time execution.

This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and delivery. You will work closely with product, engineering, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure software subscription initiatives are clearly defined, effectively delivered, and aligned to business outcomes.

We are looking for someone who owns delivery, drives execution, manages ambiguity, and keeps complex, cross-functional initiatives moving forward.

Job Description

What You'll Do

  • Own Delivery from Business Need to Outcome

  • Partner with business and product stakeholders to understand subscription-based business needs and translate them into clear, actionable delivery plans

  • Drive execution across technology, operations, and vendor teams to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and meet defined outcomes

  • Act as the primary point of accountability for delivery risks, dependencies, and issue resolution

  • Business Analysis with an Execution Mindset

  • Lead requirements discovery and refinement, ensuring clarity without over-engineering documentation

  • Balance business needs, technical constraints, and delivery realities

  • Continuously validate that solutions align with subscription business goals (e.g., scalability, renewals, customer experience)

  • Cross-Functional & Vendor Coordination

  • Coordinate work across internal teams (product, engineering, IT, operations) and external vendors

  • Manage stakeholders with differing priorities, timelines, and expectations

  • Support delivery across distributed and global teams

  • Risk, Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Proactively identify risks, gaps, and misalignment early

  • Communicate clearly and confidently with senior stakeholders

  • Provide transparency into progress, trade-offs, and delivery decisions

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, or Delivery-focused BA

  • Experience supporting software, SaaS, or subscription-based products

  • Proven ability to drive execution, not just gather requirements

  • Strong experience working in complex, cross-functional enterprise environments

  • Excellent stakeholder communication and influence skills

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with subscription business models (recurring revenue, renewals, entitlements, usage)

  • Experience coordinating work with external vendors or system integrators

  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and evolving environments

  • Experience supporting global or distributed teams

What Success Looks Like

  • Subscription initiatives are delivered on time and aligned to business goals

  • Stakeholders trust you to own outcomes, not just tasks

  • Risks and dependencies are surfaced early and managed effectively

  • Teams are aligned, informed, and moving forward with clarity

Why Join GE HealthCare

  • Work on software and digital solutions that directly impact healthcare outcomes

  • Play a critical role in scaling GE HealthCare's subscription software business

  • High visibility, cross-functional role with meaningful ownership

  • Opportunity to influence how software is delivered across a global organization
