Manager of Customer Service
Our client is seeking a Manager of Customer Service to lead the development and execution of a best-in-class customer experience (CX) strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for a collaborative leader who is passionate about improving the customer journey through data driven decision-making, process improvement, and cross-functional partnership.
In this role, you'll design and oversee a comprehensive customer experience program, analyze customer feedback and performance metrics, lead customer service initiatives, and partner with operations, planning, communications, IT, and other departments to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction. You'll also oversee customer feedback processes, implement service standards, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and help shape the future of the customer experience.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, public administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 7–10+ years of progressive experience in customer experience, customer service, transportation, or public-facing operations
  • Experience developing or managing customer journey/CX programs
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and project management skills
  • Experience with CRM systems, customer feedback tools, and performance reporting
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Salary: $84,123–$104,700 + Outstanding Benefits
