The Customer Partner Manager, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), serves as the primary client relationship leader for healthcare provider partners, ensuring strong engagement, service delivery alignment, and sustained client satisfaction. This role partners closely with internal teams to understand client needs, address concerns, monitor performance trends, and translate data-driven insights into actionable strategies that support retention, operational excellence, and revenue cycle improvement. The ideal candidate brings proven client relationship management experience, strong RCM knowledge, executive-level communication skills, and the ability to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that drive measurable outcomes.

Here's What You Can Expect

  • Manage key client relationships through consistent communication of revenue cycle performance, priorities, and strategic updates.
  • Partner with Service Delivery and functional leaders to align operational objectives, address risks, and execute remediation plans.
  • Translate performance metrics, drivers, barriers, and opportunities into actionable plans that improve outcomes, KLAS, and NPS performance.
  • Serve as a customer expert and change agent, promoting best practices, cross-functional alignment, and revenue cycle transformation.
  • Identify initiatives that enhance operational performance while supporting the development, performance, and growth of the Revenue Cycle team.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's - Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a management role.
For this US-based position, the base pay range is $65,000.00 - $116,747.20 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 10.00%
