Full Stack Developer - Job Description:
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer - AI Systems to develop the product layer that transforms AI capabilities into production-grade workflows. The role involves designing agent operations, ensuring system reliability, and delivering consistent value to users.
Full Stack Developer - Responsibilities:
• Build end-to-end product features across frontend, backend, and AI integrations
• Design agent workflows for planning, tool use, failure, and recovery
• Integrate LLMs, memory, and external tools for reliable system behavior
• Design real-time AI interactions with streaming and latency constraints
• Enhance system reliability, observability, and fallback mechanisms
• Collaborate with ML, backend, and product teams to ship features
• Continuously iterate based on real usage and failure modes
