Job description

Manager, Financial Analysis
What You Will Be Doing
The Manager, Financial Analysis reports to the Senior Manager of ADP Program Finance and is responsible for leading and directing the day-to-day activities of multiple program finance analysts across multiple sites. In this role, you will ensure ADP contracts are supported by a sound and compliant budget baseline and that accurate Estimate at Complete (EAC) forecasts are developed and maintained. You will play a key role in supporting program execution through financial oversight, analysis, and cross-functional coordination across the ADP organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee the day-to-day activities of multiple program finance analysts across multiple sites, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with ADP financial objectives.
- Ensure ADP contracts establish and maintain a compliant and sound budget baseline, and support the development, maintenance, and validation of Estimates at Complete (EAC).
- Support Control Account Managers (CAMs), Integrated Product Team (IPT) leads, and senior ADP leadership in the development and implementation of corrective action plans, including root cause analysis and cost performance recovery strategies.
- Conduct and oversee financial reporting activities for internal and external customers, including cost analysis, variance explanations, and assessment of cost impacts.
- Lead coordination and support of ADP Comprehensive Estimates-at-Completion (CEAC) and Long Range Plan (LRP) cycles, ensuring timely and accurate inputs across stakeholders.
- Oversee onboarding and training of new financial analysts, ensuring understanding of processes, tools, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination across multiple leadership levels, functional organizations, and customer stakeholders to support financial transparency and decision-making.

Who You Are
You are a highly analytical and experienced program finance professional with a strong background in leading financial teams within a complex, multi-site environment. You bring deep expertise in budgeting, Estimate at Complete (EAC) development, variance analysis, and financial forecasting, and you are comfortable operating in both execution and leadership capacities.
You are skilled at partnering with CAMs, IPT leads, and senior leadership to interpret financial performance, identify risks, and support corrective action planning. You have strong communication skills and can effectively translate complex financial data into clear insights for both technical and executive audiences.
You are a proven leader and mentor who takes ownership of training and developing others, while ensuring consistency, compliance, and high-quality financial outputs across teams. You thrive in fast-paced environments, manage competing priorities effectively, and are driven by accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement in financial execution.
