Job description

POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Shipping Associate is responsible for supporting shipping operations by maintaining production flow, pallet management, FIFO compliance, warehouse sanitation, and product tracking activities while ensuring food safety and inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Keep pace with the production line and shipping operations.

2. Understand and follow procedures for handling product issues and returns.

3. Manage T&T dry goods tags accurately.

4. Create finished goods pallet tags accurately.

5. Understand and follow FIFO procedures for all products.

6. Perform warehouse sanitation tasks including rack cleaning.

7. Create Delam/Retain pallet tags accurately.

8. Maintain GMP, PPE, and food safety compliance.

9. Communicate shipping or inventory concerns to leadership.

Required Skills

Ability to maintain forklift license to use required equipment.

Ability to maintain pace in a fast-moving production environment.

Ability to complete pallet tags and shipping documentation accurately.

Understanding of FIFO inventory management practices.

Basic understanding of warehouse sanitation and GMP requirements.

Ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods.
