You'lllead theManufacturing recruiting organizationwhile setting the bar formanufacturing hiring excellence, consistency, and predictability. This role isequal topartsstrategist, operator, and executive advisor-designed for a leader who thrives in complex, fastmoving environments where technology, data, and innovation intersect. This is not about filling roles.It'saboutbuilding a hiring engine that fuels the future of Manufacturing at Bloom.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for hourly contingent roles-from sourcing through offer for rapid, continuous hiring.
  • Drive efficient pipelines, reduce time-to-fill, and maintain a steady flow of qualified candidates to meet fluctuating staffing requirements.
  • Own endtoend contingent worker hiring for manufacturing partnering closely with staffing agencies
  • Drive adoption ofunified hiring models, structured interviews, and consistent assessment standardsthat raise quality, fairness, and confidence at scale.
  • Drive continuous improvement acrossinterview readiness, reschedules, funnel quality, reporting accuracy, and hiring speed.
  • Design and operationalizerepeatable mechanisms-capacity planning, pipeline management, hiring velocity
  • Establish and uphold clear KPIs acrosstimetofill, funnel health, readiness, and quality.
  • Oversee onsite staffing vendors or RPO/MSP partners, ensuring service levels, quality, and speed of hiring.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 7 - 10 year's managing manufacturing hiring in a high growth environment
  • Currently hands onactivelyrecruitingon manufacturing roles
  • Strong executive influence skills-able to align stakeholders and drive meaningful change without authority
  • Experience leadingcomplex, multiteam recruiting operationsin fastmoving, enterprisescale environments
  • Deepexpertiseinstructured assessment, funnel diagnostics, and scalable process design.
  • A reputation for accountability-setting the bar high, measuring what matters, and delivering results.
