Position: Workforce Management Specialist (Resource Planning)
Location: Milwaukee, WI | Chicago, IL | Green Bay, WI
Job Type: Contract
Schedule: Flexible hours between 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary

JellTech is seeking a Workforce Management Specialist to support Care Center Operations through workforce forecasting, scheduling, resource planning, and real-time monitoring. The ideal candidate will optimize staffing levels, manage schedules for 300+ employees, and ensure service level goals are achieved.

Key Responsibilities
  • Forecast staffing needs, call volumes, and workloads.
  • Create and manage employee schedules, vacations, training, and offline activities.
  • Perform real-time workforce monitoring and resource allocation.
  • Analyze workforce data and generate performance and staffing reports.
  • Partner with leadership to improve workforce planning processes and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in Workforce Management, Resource Planning, or Scheduling.
  • Experience with Workforce Management software (Aspect preferred).
  • Strong forecasting, reporting, and analytical skills.
  • Leadership experience and excellent communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
