Job Summary:
This position uses defined methodologies in a team environment to perform system life cycle tasks for assigned systems or applications and supporting infrastructure. These tasks include planning, system analysis, design, application building, integration, testing, maintenance, support and the completion of assigned project work. May lead small projects or initiatives. Other duties as assigned.
We are seeking a Senior Systems Analyst II with 4+ years of hands-on UKG Workforce Management (WFM Pro, Workforce Central, or Dimensions) Timekeeping experience. This role will serve as the primary analyst for the Timekeeping module and requires deep expertise in configuring and supporting pay rules, pay codes, CRTs, accruals, work rules and related workforce management functionality. The ideal candidate is a seasoned UKG professional who can quickly become productive by leveraging existing application knowledge while learning our business processes and system configuration. The analyst will partner with Payroll, HR and Operations teams to analyze requirements, troubleshoot system issues, and implement enhancements that improve system performance, compliance, and operational efficiency.
EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:
Four to seven years of related work experience.
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:
Knowledge of computing principles normally acquired through a bachelors degree or related work experience.
SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:
Analytical and problem solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks Willingness to learn and improve Highly motivated and ability to operate under limited supervision Ability to prioritize and execute in high-pressure situations Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbal
