Position: Community Association Manager - GM

Employer: Horizon Management

Job Description: 

HORIZON MANAGEMENT COMPANY is seeking an experienced General Manager for a high-rise community in Long Beach. The candidate must hold a PCAM, CCAM, CMCA, or AMS designation.

Job Requirements: 

You will be expected to have knowledge of the industry. We are looking for someone who shows competence in the following areas:

Articulate verbal and written communication skills

Excellent customer service and people skills

Knowledge of legal issues such as civil code and case law

Understands building maintenance and building systems

Understand financials and budgeting

Understands personnel issues and safety issues

Able to work independently and accomplish goals

Positive, high energy

Knowledge of industry best practices

This position includes full benefits - Medical, Dental, 401k
