Your Role: As a guardian of our select small business clientele, you'll be the cornerstone of their insurance experience. Your mission is to manage, consult, and grow a dedicated book of business. This involves:
  • Client Relationship Mastery: Nurturing and expanding existing relationships through expert consultation. Your advice on coverage will be invaluable, and your skill in identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities will drive our mutual success.
  • Operational Excellence: Efficiently managing renewals, document issuance, and all aspects of account servicing within strict timelines. Your attention to detail will ensure seamless operations.
