Job description

ITG Communications is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor in Kaukauna, WI.
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing warehouse operations during an assigned shift or within a designated area. This role supervises Warehouse Assistants and ensures the safe, accurate, and efficient handling, storage, and distribution of materials and equipment to support field operations. The Warehouse Supervisor upholds compliance, safety, and quality standards while maintaining optimal inventory control.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise warehouse activities, staff, and processes during assigned shifts or for designated areas.
  • Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Track inventory accuracy through physical counts and system reconciliation.
  • Enforce safety procedures during material handling and equipment operation (e.g., forklifts).
  • Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and proper storage of goods.
  • Monitor compliance with internal processes and external regulations as applicable.
  • Support continuous improvement of warehouse procedures and logistics operations.
  • Assist with team scheduling, training, and shift hand-offs.
