The opportunity Delaware North Sportservice is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help lead ballpark operations at American Family Field in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In this role, you will serve as a key operations leader, responsible for building and developing high-performing teams, overseeing day-to-day operations, and managing budgets and expenses.   The Assistant General Manager plays a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving operational excellence across all areas of the ballpark. This is a highly visible leadership position with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on both team performance and overall venue success. Relocation assistance is provided. Pay Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $81,900 - $110,600 / year In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
